Our prices, as indicated on our website, are in Euros (€) and include VAT at 23%, when applicable. The Red Wolf reserves the right to change prices at any time. If you are from outside the European Union, VAT is not applied. However, the total amount charged for your request will not be changed. Please note that, in addition to VAT and depending on the country, the application is sent, and additional import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes may apply. These fees are beyond the control of The Red Wolf and we cannot accept any responsibility for them.
The Red Wolf accepts paypal and credit card payments. Payment by credit card is made with our partner Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Portuguese orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 business days.
International orders will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days.
Please note that during weekends and national holidays in Portugal, orders may take up to 4 days to dispatch.
The Red Wolf is not responsible for occasional delays in situations such as peak periods or unexpected events. If for any reason you have not received your request within 20 days, please contact us.
The Red Wolf offers you a refund or exchange in case of damage to the product during transport. We will accept your request within 30 days of the date of receipt of the product and after sending and validating a photograph that clearly shows the damage to the product.
If you opt for an exchange, you will have to bear all shipping costs of the return and shipping of the new product. Exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging completely intact.
In case of inaccurate delivery, delivery of wrong items, wrong size or incorrect quantity, The Red Wolf corrects the delivery assuming the costs.
